- Determine how you will submit samples (if applicable)
- Gather your local Board of Health contact's information (dairy/frozen dessert/sushi rice customers only)
- Fill out our New Customer Form
- Whitelist @trelfalabs.com addresses in your e-mail program & make sure you have a PDF app
- Speak with a Trelfa Labs' Team Member
- Review your Quotation and/or Price List
- Finalize agreements (if applicable)
- Request separate logins to the Customer Portal for your designated team members via finance@trelfalabs.com. Include contact information and apps they need access to: 1. Chain of Custody & Supply Orders, 2. Billing & Lab Reports, or , 3. both. The Billing & Lab Report app contains confidential information including any payment methods you have on file. For security reasons, no one is automatically assigned a Customer Portal account.
- Pre-pay and/or complete Payment Authorization request (if applicable)
- Order supplies (if applicable)
- Submit Project Information (if applicable)
- Prepare Chain of Custody / Sales Order Foms and Sample Labels (if applicable)
- Prepare Samples (if applicable)
- Deliver Samples (if applicable)
